This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through FeelRain.com. FeelRain.com is operated by Rain Eyecare LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Rain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1) Where we ship
At this time, we ship only within the United States (including U.S. territories where carrier service is available). We do not ship internationally.
2) Who fulfills and ships your order
Depending on what you purchase, your order may be shipped by different partners:
- Prescription (RX) products: If prescribed, your medication is dispensed and shipped by our pharmacy partner, The Pharmacy Hub, in accordance with applicable laws and pharmacy standards.
- Telehealth services: Clinical services are provided through a third-party provider network, TelegraMD (i.e., independent licensed providers). Telehealth services themselves are not “shipped,” but may be associated with an order that includes shipped items.
- OTC products (if offered): Non-prescription items may be shipped by Rain or a third-party logistics partner.
Because items can ship from different locations, you may receive multiple packages for a single checkout.
3) Shipping cost
Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout before you place your order. If we charge a flat shipping fee per shipment, it applies each time a package is shipped, including subscription refills, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We may update shipping fees from time to time; if you are on a subscription, we’ll provide notice as required before changes apply to future shipments.
4) Processing time and delivery estimates
Order processing time is the time it takes to prepare your package for shipment after your order is placed.
- RX orders: Processing depends on completion of your intake and, if appropriate, provider review and prescribing. If a prescription is approved, the pharmacy typically ships after the prescription is processed and payment is confirmed.
- OTC orders (if offered): Typically ship within 1–2 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends/holidays).
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier once the package is shipped. Typical delivery is 5–7 business days after shipment, but delivery estimates are not guarantees.
We do not ship on certain holidays, and carriers may experience delays due to weather, peak demand, or other service disruptions.
5) Tracking information
When your order ships, we’ll send you an email (or SMS if you opted in) with tracking information to the contact details you provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after a label is created.
6) Address accuracy and changes
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Address changes after shipment: Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
- If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may require confirmation of your address and payment of an additional shipping fee to reship, where permitted.
7) Missing, lost, or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please:
- check around your property and with household members, and
- contact the carrier to start a trace, and
- contact us at Support@feelrain.com with your order number and the tracking details.
If your shipment appears lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll work with you and the carrier to investigate. In some cases, we may require a minimum number of business days from the ship date before we can issue a replacement or other resolution.
8) Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email Support@feelrain.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- photos of the damaged item(s),
- photos of the shipping box/envelope and shipping label.
We’ll review and, if appropriate, coordinate a replacement or other resolution.
9) Returns and refunds (important for RX)
Prescription products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed, except where required by law or in cases of shipping damage, fulfillment error, or other issue we confirm. (Pharmacies can’t re-dispense returned prescription items to another patient.)
For non-prescription items (if offered), return/refund eligibility (if any) will be described in our separate Return & Refund Policy or presented at checkout.
10) Subscription shipments (if applicable)
If you enroll in a subscription, refills ship on your selected cadence. In some cases, when a scheduled billing/shipping date falls near a weekend or holiday, your order may be processed slightly earlier to align with pharmacy operating hours and carrier pickup schedules.
