This Refund & Return Policy is part of the FeelRain.com Terms of Service and applies to purchases made through FeelRain.com. FeelRain.com is operated by Rain Eyecare LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Rain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Refunds & Returns
All purchases of prescription treatments are final. Prescription products dispensed for you cannot be used for another patient, and pharmacies generally cannot accept returns of prescription medications due to consumer safety regulations. As a result, we are unable to accept returns of prescription treatment for refunds, even if unused, except where required by law.
This policy applies to prescription dry eye treatments and other prescription vision-related medications (if prescribed).
Telehealth / Medical Services
If your purchase includes a telehealth evaluation or other clinical services provided through TelegraMD’s provider network (independent licensed providers), those professional services may be considered rendered once the visit/review has occurred, and may not be refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated at checkout.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We want you to receive high-quality products that arrive in good condition and are ready to use. We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if we shipped the wrong item.
To request an exchange or replacement, contact us at Support@feelrain.com or (800) 217-6491 and include:
- your name and order number, and
- a brief description of the issue, and
- photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
If approved, we’ll coordinate the replacement process with you (including, when applicable, with The Pharmacy Hub or the shipping carrier).
Shipping Issues / Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit or marked “delivered” but not received, contact us promptly with your order number and tracking details. We’ll work with the carrier and, if appropriate, help arrange a replacement or other resolution.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may delay future shipments or access to services until resolved.
