Privacy Policy (FeelRain.com)
Last Updated: 02/27/2026
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Rain Eyecare LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Rain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you use FeelRain.com and related online services where this Policy is posted (collectively, the “Service”).
The term “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household. Personal information does not include deidentified or aggregated information.
This Policy is written in English. To the extent a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
1) Important note about health information (PHI) and clinical care
Rain operates an online platform that helps connect you with independent licensed healthcare providers in the TelegraMD healthcare provider network (“Providers”) and coordinates fulfillment through pharmacy partners such as The Pharmacy Hub.
Protected Health Information (“PHI”) is handled by Providers and pharmacies under their applicable privacy practices (often described in a separate Notice of Privacy Practices). When Rain handles PHI on behalf of Providers/pharmacies (for example, as a service provider/business associate), that PHI is handled under those healthcare privacy requirements rather than this Policy, to the extent applicable.
If you have questions about how your medical information is used for treatment, ask your Provider and/or the dispensing pharmacy.
